What is the VIP Rewards Program?
The VIP Rewards Program allows you to make 7% cash back on purchases you make and even more for purchases you refer to us. The VIP Rewards Program also entitles you to exclusive offers and special promotions.

Do I have to pay for anything?
You are not required to make any purchases to become a VIP member. You will only be required to pay income taxes for earnings you receive.

What kind of rewards do I get?
*VIP members receive 7% cash back from all purchases made using their VIP referral ID.
*Receive 5% of the purchases made by (all friends and family) you refer to the VIP rewards program.
*Receive 3% of the purchases of family & friends referrals (your neighborhood)to the VIP rewards program.
*Receive 2% of your neighborhood VIP referral purchases this would be (your community).
*Receive 1% of your community VIP referral purchases this would be (your region).

Are customers and VIP members the same?
No, customers are regular shoppers that do not register as VIP members. Customer purchases referred by VIP members contribute to VIP rewards but only if the customer uses a link/banner or VIP Referral ID. VIP members enjoy rewards, special offers, and valuable incentives exclusively available to them through our VIP newsletter.

Do you send me junk mail?
The only mail you will receive from Not Enough Envy are promotions, upcoming events and changes or updates to the rewards program.

Does the VIP rewards program only apply to on-line purchases?
No, the VIP program is applied to both online purchases as well as in store purchases. If you signed up for the VIP Rewards program online and you would like to use your VIP Referral ID in a retail location you must purchase a green VIP bag. Your green VIP bag entitles you to the same great rewards in stores and is free with your first purchase ($150 or more) as a VIP rewards member. You must bring your Green VIP bag to receive your rewards in stores.

Why am I required to enter my facebook or myspace page?
We advise you to place a promotional link or banner on your Facebook, Myspace, or other social networking website. Placing our links on your page is not required but we do require you to submit your webpage for tracking purposes. This is an excellent way to earn additional rewards.

If a friend forgets to put my VIP referral ID in, do I still get my rewards?
No, if they forget to put in your referral code you will not get credit for the sale or the referral. It is VERY important to remember this and to make sure all of your referrals know this!

Do I still receive rewards if a person I referred returns something?
Yes, you will always be rewarded for purchases you refer.

How do I refer people?
This is really easy. 1. Wear the clothes you buy from Not Enough Envy and if someone asks where you purchased them from, tell them you’re a VIP at Not Enough Envy. Write down your VIP Referral ID and tell them to use it when they shop. 2. Use one of our links on your Facebook, Myspace, or other social networking pages and tell your friends it’s a cool new site you found to buy designer clothes. 3. Submit a photo or video to us promoting NotEnoughEnvy.com. We will use respectable photos and/or videos encoded with your VIP Referral ID and broadcast for millions to see. 4. Volunteer as an intern at one of our retail locations. There you will gain valuable experience in the fashion industry and you will be able to refer all new customers to the VIP rewards program.

Whats the Green VIP Bag all about?
We are an Eco-Friendly company and we want you to Go Green with Not Enough Envy! Our stores do not supply customers with shopping bags. Rather, we encourage our customers to buy a Green VIP Bag which is made from 100% recycled recyclable material. This is how you join the VIP rewards programs in our stores. Green VIP Bags are $10 or free when you make a purchase of $150 or more. Your bag must be brought back to the store to receive your VIP rewards.

When do I receive my rewards?
VIP rewards are paid when you earn $49 or more in any given month. Checks are mailed out on the first day of the month and should be received within (7) seven business days.
